About Truevie
Truevie was established in 2017 by an East London native named Romeo Vie. The brand has steadily grown over the years, organically amassing a considerable following on social media. The Truevie label has also extended beyond fashion into the world of music. Byron Messia rocked a Truevie set in the music video to his summer anthem "Talibans II," featuring Burna Boy. Truevie has also begun to release its own music, presenting up and coming artists, appropriately sporting Truevie apparel.
Romeo Vie always had an affinity for fashion and had dreams of starting his own clothing brand. However he finally made the decision to take his aspiration seriously after a life threatening altercation which left him temporarily hospitalised. With his new found perspective on life, Romeo launched Truevie and later branded himself as the Hood's Tailor, offering a range of tailoring services, and serving a niche that otherwise may not consider visiting a tailor.
